This 90-minute session is your personalized starting point to elevate your health and performance. We’ll take a holistic look at your current lifestyle, including nutrition, movement, supplementation, hydration, stress, sleep, and daily habits. Through in-depth conversation and targeted assessments, we’ll identify what’s supporting your goals—and what’s holding you back. You’ll leave with clear, actionable steps and a roadmap tailored to help you feel, move, and perform at your best.

60-Minute Follow-Up
Available only to clients who have completed the Initial Wellness Consultation.
This 60-minute session is designed to track your progress, adjust your plan, and dive deeper into your wellness journey. We’ll review your goals, assess changes in nutrition, movement, supplementation, hydration, stress, and sleep, and address any challenges or questions you’ve encountered. Whether you need fine-tuning or a fresh push forward, this follow-up ensures you stay aligned, motivated, and on the path to long-term success.

30-Minute Accountability Check-In
Available only to clients who have completed both the Initial and Follow-Up Wellness Consultations.
This 30-minute session is designed to provide ongoing support, accountability, and plan refinement as you continue your health and performance journey. We’ll check in on your progress, troubleshoot any challenges, and make strategic adjustments to your nutrition, movement, supplementation, or lifestyle plan as needed. These sessions help you stay consistent, motivated, and aligned with your goals—every step of the way.
